The Shaggy Dog

There was once a shaggy dog

Who was walking on a log

The log was on a tiny ball

A child had put it there in Fall.

The ball was yellow, red, and blue

It was stuck to a box with very strong glue.

If the box was new, and not old,

I could have had a lot of fun with it- as I was told! 

I'm Lost

I've been roaming in Alberta,

And I don't know where to go.

I've been walking for an hour,

And- oh my god- it's going to snow!

I'm now in Manitoba,

But it is still really cold,

I've been meeting lots of people,

But I didn't feel very bold.

I've now reached British Colombia,

And I'm frozen head to toe,

But I think it's a little okay,

'Cause I've got nowhere to go!

Me

When I'm lonely

I'll sit down at my desk and read,

I'll read about art and technohlogy

And in those subjects I exceed!

In my class- I'm above all

Because my mom tells me to study,

But I'm having a small competition

Between myself and Crystal-my buddy!

Foggy Day

There was once a dog,

Who was trotting in the fog.

Who tripped on a log,

 On a really foggy day. 

My Mother

My mother is brighter than the sun,

When you play with her she's so much fun.

Everything about her is so nice,

-Even the food she makes- mmmm- rice!

 Who's Naughty and Who's Not

Little Lee, and his brother Tom,

Like to play and bother their mom.

With their best friends, Lilly, Milly and Willy,

They all like to be very silly.

On Tom's birthday, they were naughty alot,

Everything that went wrong, I had caught,

But there's someone who's naughtier than Little Lee,

Who could it be, but clever little ME !!!

Voices

Cows say moo,

Dogs say ruff,

Some birds said coo coo

But a pufferfish puffs.

Cat say meow,

And mice say squeak,

Some other dogs say bow wow

But the birds talk with their beaks.

My baby sister says boo hoo

And my mom says don't weep,

My cousin says let her cry,

As I close my eyes and sleep!
